Kristina Hailey is founder and owner of Beau Mariage. Her eye for detail and creative flair were a natural talent from a very early age. She fostered this creativity and pursued her talent in fashion design where she graduated with honors from Parsons School of Design in New York. There she developed her passion for elegant designs, and very strong attention to detail, color and atmosphere. She then went on to continue her studies in Europe where she acquired an additional BA degree double majoring in French and Italian.

Kristina is fluent in four languages and has applied her worldly sense and creativity to every business endeavor. Over the past 20 years she has grown several diverse businesses which have shaped the lives and hearts of every person she touches. Her attention to detail, professionalism, business expertise and creative panache are the final touches that make Beau Mariage a business with world class elegance and sophistication. She offers a unique full wedding planning service unmatched by any other.

In 1993 Kristina moved across the country from NY and settled in Honolulu. It is a move that changed her life and inspired her to combine all of her talents and focus them on embarking on a new business venture that truly touches people at the highest level of romance and love in an aura of sophistication and elegance.

After extensive training and education by the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants, Kristina launched Beau Mariage in March 2001. Since that day, she has created, planned and orchestrated exceptional weddings with sophistication, class and distinction for international, national and local wedding couples. Her knowledge and expertise, along with her personal style and calming manner assures that each client receives the special attention they deserve.

In January 2006, Kristina has come to Raleigh, North Carolina to Launch and establish a division of Beau Mariage. It is where she also fell in love with the warmth of the North Carolinian, their Southern Hospitality, the graciousness and charm of the local brides.
